Welcome to Beersheba National Secondary School. Learning means "change in behavior". Education serves as an agent of change. It must play the vital role to socialize the individual. Education is essential for every society and individual. Human has various qualities and these qualities should be developed for the improvement of the country. So, quality education plays a significant role for overall individual, social and national development. It enables an individual to realize his/her highest self and goal. Getting high score in exam in not a quality education. Our expectation is not only excellent academic result of students. We expect students' moral character from the very phase of their lives where their foundation is meant to stronger. The passion of knowledge cannot be quenched being a rote learner or a robot-like mind. And it depends on schools whether to produce robot like men (man power) or creative ones. The educational polices objectives, teaching - learning activities and environment provided by the school, shapes a child's attitude and mind. It is so because children are just like dough of clay and whatever falls on them, so will be the impression or identity. The antenna of children's mind always becomes curious, innocent and appealing to new ideals, skills and knowledge naturally. And a school should provide such a platform to all the children where all their raw knowledge is melted, vaporized and condensed in the furnace of mind so as to get true/ practical and useful knowledge required for the next generation. Therefore, our School is on a journey to mine the gold hidden in each child as this school strongly believes every child is special and is bestowed with unlimited potentials. We are working for the development of inborn potentialities of child providing scope to develop. Our aims are all round development of child – physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual. Accordingly, they are loved, appreciated, trained and facilitated to flourish their all-round development to be a good and successful human capital, required for 21st century.
